I have a breeding group of Desert (Western) Box turtles, Terrapene ornata luteola that originated from West Texas. I want to begin breeding them and sell the offspring in the future. I want to be absolutely sure that I am selling what I am advertising, Desert Box turtles. Are there any knowledgeable turtle experts willing to look at the photos of my breeding group and let me know if they are pure luteola or an intergrade with the Ornate Box turtle.
