a friend that went out of town abandoned this snake in another friends back yard in a cat taxi... being the owner of 7 ball pythons with an extra drawer we decided to take him in and clean him up the only problem is weve looked everywhere and have absolutly no idea what kind of snake it is pleaaaassseee help!

Work computer wouldn't let me access social networking site, had to go thru my phone...That's a Dumeril's Boa.

You're welcome. Very common and easy to maintain. Plenty of husbandry info available from a Google search. Good luck and enjoy, they're pretty cool snakes.

Dumerils Boas are wonderful snakes and are usually very tame. Do give it a good home and you will enjoy that snake very much. I wish you all the best. Bill
