Hello
How does everyone attach screen to wooden frame ,imagine staple gun is best or better way ?

I ask this as going to make a wooden frame (buy the wood precut , nail it together and attach pre cut screen for an outdoor cage for Cnemidophorus Deppei .

Thank you

I would use wood staples first to hold it into place but then would add a strip of wood over the edges to create a frame layer sandwiching the screen with the wood on both sides with screws. This will strengthen the hold on the screen and hide the edges of the screen. I have never used screen for any of my cages but if I used it or chicken wire that’s how I would secure it. It will also add a cleaner finish to the enclosure overall. Hope that makes sense…
