Thank you to everyone to offered advice, especially Mark and Larry. I apologize for being dismissive at first, I appreciate it. I had a fair amount of experience going into this, but the biggest thing was I had completely overestimated the need for RHPs, because in the past there was a dedicated room, and well, it's been over a decade.
