Hi i'm looking for a snake that doesn't require lights, im making a custom cage out of a dresser that is about 21x37x21.

Just about all snakes do not require lights. Most require heat though. Did you mean heat?

California Kingsnake for one. I do have an infrared heat lamp for my snake, but other than that, it's just the ambiant room light. I've had him for about six years now, and doing great, eating great, growing, shedding, brumating - no issues.
