New article on varanid lizards in zoos

Robert__Mendyk Sep 23, 2012 04:23 PM

Greetings,

For those interested in reading further into monitor lizard biology and husbandry, a new paper has just been published in the journal Zoo Biology that might be of interest to you:

The abstract can be viewed here:
onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/zoo.21043/abstract

While we have clearly focused this article towards the zoo field, the information presented is just as relevant and applicable to private hobbyists. I think many of you will find it useful, or at least interesting.

Unfortunately due to the publisher's copyright restrictions, I am unable to publish the entire article online, but feel free to contact me if you experience difficulties or are unable to access the article yourself.

Cheers,

Robert W. Mendyk
