I witnessed a Green Albino hatchling at an expo this weekend with one eye smaller than the other. It was literally less than half the size of the other and seemed to be more inside the head. Anyone seen this before?

Yes. The first thing to ask yourself is "how closely related are the genes being used?" Otherwise just a fluke or bad spot in hatching medium.

As suggested above this is not rare... occasionally come out with but one eye or even none. Owners call them "Blinky"
