Hi, I happened to have gotten a small Terrarium enclosure a while back. It is called a 1/2 15 Gallon Aquarium with a screen top. The dimensions are 24"L x 12 1/2"W x 6"T.

I only found one online store that carries these but can not ship glass. Does anyone know who sells the 1/2 Gallon sized Glass Terrariums?

They have a 1/2 10 Gallon, and a 1/2 15 Gallon.

Thanks for that "Link", but that's the same site I called that said they could not ship "Glass" just "Acrylic".

Hmmm. Their site says, "Glass aquariums can be picked up from our trucks at a delivery point or can be shipped via common carrier."

It also says that acrylic can be shipped using UPS but glass must be shipped using a common carrier. Perhaps they've changed their policy and have not updated their site.

The whole point of having a online business is to ship product...I don't understand why they wouldn't ship glass. ??

You do have it right. I called them on their number they have listed.

Glass is on their trucks, Acrylic (which I was not looking for) can be sent UPS.

They will ship glass terrariums on a truck to certain city's. Even if you live in one of the cities they ship to, you still have to meet the truck somewhere's to pick it up at a time when the truck is making it's deliveries. I happen to be a truck driver myself, and I could never be pinned down to a time to meet them during their hours. I just couldn't do it. That's why I was hoping to find someone that will ship directly to your house.

I live in Wolcott NY, and the closest cities they say their trucks go to is White Plains, Rochester, Syracuse, and Buffalo. Of these four the closest is about an hour away.

Strange tank, but I have seen others that are strange. Like a 30 gallon the a 10 gal but 3x as tall. Or a double tall 10 with glass on the back.

If they are special order I'd order a few extra. oddly enough when I was helping at my friends pet shop i wanted to redo a display and use exactly that size. I was going to buy 15s and cut in half and buy extra tops and bottoms. Then get a few sheets of glass cut for the bottoms. They were going to be for reptiles so they did not have to be water proof, it was more for looks and conservation of space.

I also love oddball size tanks as they naturally draw attention to anyone use to all the standard sizes.
