1996 Dumeril Boa and Jackson

Biophiliacs Dec 11, 2012 05:58 PM

Here is Sandy the boa that has produced all of my pastels. She's still no slouch for almost being old enough to vote. She measures over 8.5 feet. My son Jackson, handler.

really awesome dums! thanks for posting all the pics.

you wouldn't happen to have any side by side shots of the pastel with a normal would you? I'm just not seeing the difference other than they maybe look a little more grey on the sides.

The male in the picture is from dumerils dot com, when it was still around, with one of my 2004s. I did want to get a side by side with the original female.. She is definitely more colorful than average too but I have nothing to compare her to.

This is the 2004s sister posted with a male from another line I'm working with that has very reduced side patterning.

Same litter a normal and a pastel.. The blushing is a little less defined than my 2004s but nice.

Lol.. all of the ones I posted as 2004s are 2002s, took the shots as adolescents in 2004.
