How often will Dry's ignore a nest box? Outside of the possibility of laying in the water bowl, will they typically lay without problem outside of the box if they don't take to it?
Nothing is off temp/humidity-wise. I have a YTC that I believe is about to pop.

Congratulations, how many did she have. I am expecting my first yellowtail clutch soon. She is in the middle of hopefully her prelay shed.
Thanks. She had 9 viable and 5 slugs. From the looks of her, I didn't think she was carrying more than 4-6.
She went 14 days after her pre-lay shed.
