Calico Chucks varius / hispidus

hello all knows anyone about the hybrid Calico Chucks varius / hispidus in the nature? where can you find them ( Icland) im very intersting about to hear from this wonderful Chuck thank you all

nature. The only hydrids that appear in the wild are ater/hispidus/varius hybrids on Alcatraz Island or maybe Tiburon Island-can't remember which one. They were put there by the Seri Indians for a food source they do not naturally occur there. The hydridization started by breeders here in the US to get around the Endagered species act because in the US unlike in Europe a hydrid is ok to do with it as you like.

that hispidus have been released on the mainland near Kino Bay???? and they may be hydridizing with the mainland ater there but I don't think there is any proof of it YET.
