Nice little one! Someone needs to tell mine it's getting to be spring. They haven't eaten in a couple months, and I hate having to clean mouse cages. Hoping this is the year they decide non-moving food is ok to eat....

... welcome to the new coach-year to you too, yours is look'n a tad thin, depending where you live, if not too far north, id be thinkin to start heatn & feeding & they'll probably be in breeding condition in a month or 2. i'll type@youl8tr, as we're apparently the last 2 on this forum :{

Yeah they're thinner than I like, but I'm not too worried. Last good feed was late-December, and I'm expecting them to "switch on" any time now, as the days are getting longer. I didn't cycle them and don't plan on breeding any time soon (but they live together so maybe they'll have other plans). They have access to a 100F basking spot, but haven't been using it the last few months.
Upstate NY, here. Found a Plethodon cinereus yesterday, but not quite ready to give up on skiing season.
..yeah theyre fine, and thats intrsting way up there, yours fed till dec, and my lil lady shut down in early Nov. ... ?
...& good on you for tracking up the slopes, here we hav2 drive 3 hrs to sno-ski... so i rarely go, but it is fun, i like h20-sking too
2 a153fish, wow now thats a fingerful, welcome back 2-u & u'r lil colubers; they will go for crickets whereas the coachwhips apparently wont.
and of course ive gotta leave you w/a splash of color ...

I still check in from time to time. I don't have any exciting news to share. I have to wait one more year to get anymore babies, since I don't have an old enough male.

Disclaimer: I do keep several snakes in pairs, and some in groups. However I realize that things can go wrong, and I have to keep a close eye on those groups, to be sure they are not being adversely affected by these living conditions. Also if one happens to eat it's cagemate, it is 100% my fault, and I know the risks in advance!
