best way to clean a new frog tank

im getting a red eyed tree frog and a new tank, does anyone know the best way to clean the tank for the first time?

I know the pet stores used to have an actual tank cleaner for tanks. If they don't you can actually use a water bleach mixer to do so. Just make sure you rinse it out Extremely well after cleaning it. When mixing the bleach it is one part bleach to ten parts water. I have used both, not at the same time of course and they work great.
