got this guy at the end of 2012, he was found on a beach in FL. he's so small he could probably fit on a nickel (if you could get him to sit still).

That is fantastic looking. I am in Florida , lots of the regular drab ringnecks here but no albinos lol.
I hope you can breed him/her.
