Second generation Calico offspring....

rainbowsrus Apr 16, 2013 12:32 PM

In 2008 I produced two litters from my Calico Male Fluffy and two of my best colored females Savannah and Daisey. The plan was to work the Calico trait hoping to eventually produce more Calico BRB's. The backup plan was to have stunning holdacks even if the Calico trait never proved out.

In 2012 I produced a litter of Second generation babies from two of those 2008 offspring and wow, they look great as normals. Holding onto them all to see what happens as they mature.

The babies:

If you have to hang onto a bunch of babies to see if a trait pops up when they mature, it's better to be hanging onto a group of stunners!!!
