This photo was posted several years ago by a guy who had a gaboon viper (I think). it vomited up this parasite. I'm trying to find the guy who took the photo. Anyone remember?

Not sure who posted the photo, but that is a tongue worm or pentastomid. I believe this one is from the genus Armillifer. My guess would be A. armillatus but could possibly be another Armillifer sp. Tongue worms live in the lungs of the host and those of the genus Armillifer are typically found in African and asian vipers and pythons.
