Hatchling Corn ID help

krfun May 12, 2013 04:06 PM

This is from Amber X Okeetee(100% het for caramel and hypo).

I am not sure what I got. My guess is the 2 light brown ones are ambers, the dark brown one in the bottom left is caramel, the top middle reddish one is hypo, the other dark one above it is normal/okeetee.

I was not expecting stripes and got 3 and they are slightly different color, both the adults must have been het for stripe?

Not sure of the one top left.

Thanks for any help/comments.

I will let others chime in on the corn snakes, since I have not worked with caramel and amber, but those coxi you have on flickr are sure nice! Did you hatch those?

Yes, hatched 5 coxi the end of April. All were perfect. The second clutch of 4 is incubatng now.

Thanks for the nice comment, these are my favorite snake....very exotic looking, and easy to care for.

I think you've got it about right. Nice odds, by the way! I see: 2 ambers, 1 caramel, 1 normal, 2 hypos, 1 normal stripe and 2 caramel stripes, one of which might be an amber stripe but it's always hard to tell with those guys.

Thanks Shiari.

I wasn't sure about the second Hypo and had no clue with the stripes.
