Proposed ban
De Baeremaeker’s list of animals to consider banning in Toronto includes:
Snapping turtles, alligator snapping turtles, red eared slider (turtle), iguanas, monitor lizards, flamingos, penguins, cranes, eagles, hawks, owls, vultures, hedgehogs, seals, seal lions, walruses, whales, dolphins, porpoises, porcupines, prairie dogs.

Quite the eclectic list. I guess my pet porpoise and I will strike Toronto off "possible places to retire."
