new garter snakes aquired

herplover1978 Jun 06, 2013 06:41 PM

One of my customers gave me these garter snakes. I'm not sure what they are. What do you guys think? Center stripe is real prominent, side stripes are a greenish color. No idea where the snakes came from. He got them from his son-in-law. I didn't think to ask where he lived.

Of course, you didn't tell us where you are either.

It looks like a Western Ribbonsnake (T. proximus).
