Well, my female yellow bull is big as a house, and acting miserable. She shed about a week ago, and I'm expecting to wake up to eggs and time now. She has started getting that gaunt backbone look like my Kingsville red did right before she laid. Keep your fingers crossed the genetic Gods are with me, and these guys produce bananas, or at least something really cool!! I am impatiently waiting....tap, tap, tap...

Be sure and keep us posted,I'd love to see pictures no matter what the results! Was the male also a yellow het patternless?

Yes, the male was yellow het patternless, whiteside, axanthic, possible het hypo. She's laying as we speak... I'll post pics when she's done. I'M PUMPED!! Have 7 so far, and it looks like 2 more...

Well, ended up with 9 nice fertile eggs!! Here's the picture.

You got 9 eggs. According to odds 1 out 4 should patternless and all will be yellow. You should get 2 bananas along with some other cool stuff.

You and me both!! My first clutch to hatch will be all reds, then this one, and I still have the whitesided female bred to the snow male that should throw some interesting stuff. I also got that little hypo female last year, she's getting cooler looking with every shed... has a lot of light peachy color to her. These bulls are entirely too much fun.

Ooooo!! That's what I want to hear!! The bananas haven't been produced yet by anyone else as far as we know right? The eggs all look great! I can hardly wait.

I don't think anyone has yet. I didn't breed mine this year. Can't to see what you produce, good luck.
