Strange w.c. White frog

colorconstrictor Jul 13, 2013 05:38 AM

Caught in a local pond in Illinois near Chicago. He has some green marking as you can see but for the most part he's all white. Pure white belly. His eyes are the color of any other normal bullfrog so I can't assume he is leucistic or albino.

Any and all help identifying what he might be is appreciated. Don't know too much about amphibians but now that I got this guy I guess I can add frogs to the list of animals I'll be breeding this year hahahaha.... I have too many snakes as is.

Cheers and thanks for looking

Surprised no one has commented. This is a Bullfrog, as is apparent from the lack of dorsolateral ridges. It's a pretty cool find.
