Mean male sulcata

My sulcata Romeo has become so aggressive. He and his wife Juliette are loose in our yard. Whenever he hears someone in the yard he rushes over to try and ram them. He has caught my husband, me and friends with our backs turned and will ram us! He also is very abusive to Juliet and will ram her into trees or anything . She runs off whenever she sees him coming.Help!! He is over 100 pounds now
