Found this little guy on my front porch today (Savannah, GA) and let him go shortly after the picture was taken. Curious if this is an Eastern Milk?

No.
Baby Black Racer.
You don't get Eastern Milksnakes in Savannah anyway. The milksnake in coastal plain of SC is the Scarlet Kingsnake.
The Eastern Milksnake is restricted to the upper elevations of the Piedmont and into the mountains in the Southeast. Coastal plains only have Scarlet Kings.

Very interesting. Thanks!
Agreed, it's a juvenile Southern Black Racer (Coluber c.priapus)
