Came home from a short out of town trip to two freshly laid Suboc clutches. The 1st clutch was 5 five egg (plue 1 maybe) clutch from a Silver Blonde female X double het male and the 2nd clutch was between two Mustard Blondes (the male is killer). See photo below of the female Mustard Blonde with her eight egg clutch (all look good).

I have three female subocs about to lay. One is a gorgeous mustard (she's the one on the cover of The Complete Suboc by Dusty Rhodes) that I bred to the Bleached Blonde that is pictured as a hatchling inside the book. One is an Albino Blonde (het silver) that bred a normal axanthic, het albino (and possible het blonde, so it will be fun to see what will come out) and one is a really nice mustard that I bred to a smokin' orange male that I hatched out in 2008. Should be some fun babies from these.

Thanks! I believe my Mustard Blonde female (the one pictured) is featured on page 65, if I am correct on what Randy told me.

This is my first time breeding this species. I kind of dig how late they breed, makes be feel better about a otherwise terrible breeding year for me (with other species).

I'll try and post an update whenever they hatch (November?!).
