I have an awesome pair of black pines that I'm really enjoying working with. I cant believe how quickly they grow!

Female - pics taken today

compare this in hand shot taken today

with this one from a year ago

Here is the male. A little smaller than the female but catching up.

I thought this close up shot turned out cool.

I hope you enjoyed!

Those are awesome Dave! At that rate, you should have them up to breeding size next month!(jk) thanks for sharing the pics glad to see you on the "pit board"! Who produced those ebony gems?

Thanks!! I troll the Pit board a lot but don't post much.

I got te female from Joe Berardo (sp?) in FL and the male came from a guy at a show I went to - he was from Louisiana but I don't remember his name.

Dave,

I've been hooked on those things for years...but those are among the darkest I've ever seen!

Thanks Tim. I am hooked too. Ive had black pines on and off over my snake "career". I got my first black pine when I was 16 but when I went to college my Dad was stuck taking care of my small collection and he was scared of the pine so I had to get rid of it! Lol. I had a pair in the late 90's but sold em before they reached maturity. Anyway this pair is staying here!
