Ct. Pectinata nest box questions

I bought some banana pectinata from Kelly Paul about 4 years ago.I just paired them off this summer,and have a few questions about nest boxes other breeders have had success with.
What are the dimensions of your boxes? Do you use a top or side opening? What are you using for the nesting medium ?Have you ever tested the temps inside the box?
