This is one of my hatchlings from July. The parents are siblings, both hypo, het for stripe and lavender.
In this clutch I got hypos, hypo stripes, and one hypo lavender. This one has me puzzled. First is the odd gray color of his head.
Second is his ventral pattern. He does not have checkers, but it is not completely clear like the stripes. Is this a motley? Or something else entirely?

congrats on your hypo diffused.
I had the grand-parents of these. The male was a hypo lavender that I sold. The female was a hypo stripe that I gave to a friend. I guess one of them carried the diffused gene. It will be interesting to see how this one's colors develope as he grows.
