his outdoor enclosure . UVB will go through roll plastic . and being we get really high levels here at 5,000 feet , i can cover Roni enclosure and still get decent uvb and increase his temps .

the redwood deck works great . It warms up easily and does not hold the cold like cement would . our evenings can drop 40-50 deg at night . Roni will be indoors most of the winter but on warmer sunny days he can be outside . His enclosure is on the south side of our home 3'' from a wall and can get really warm even in winter . And thank to TY Roni has a heated hide also . I was able to keep Roni outside 24/7 most of the summer .

his enclosure is a 8x8x4' chicken run , powder coated . and bolted to a redwood deck .
