hognose twitching when picked up

My male hognose who is quite the hisser in his cage twitches slightly and puffs air when it pick him up is this a submissive type behavior it really seems like it is and i thinks its cute he is fine after a few seconds and much better than when we got him thank you in advance!

My WC Easterns and my touchy CB corn do this. Hiss twitch is equivalent to jumping back and saying "DON'T TOUCH ME!" if a random person in the streets grabbed you. Hogs (and corns) are quite calm and chill out real quick when they realize that you are not a threat.
