Great looking pines!!!
How much pattern is visible up close? My lodingi look black in pics but when you get them up close you can definitely see some faint patterning.

As juvies, they were quite obviously patterned, black on brown. But as they matured the black gradually took over, and now they're pretty much solid black snakes, not showing any pattern whatsoever, dorsal nor lateral. A few grey spots at the ventral side, but that's just something I can easilly live with.

For the most part, yes. A few grey spots here and there, but other than that, close enough for me.
