Cheers Herman!

Yep me too
For several years the aim for me has been to intensify those dark tones, not only in colour but also % wise.

The 2013 hatchlings were prob the best yet in terms of the above, and that keeper is a great example of what you get if you steadfastly stick to your plans/guns.

Yeah, I hear you. Sure, it may take many years of cherry picking and herd thinning. But when you're on to something, you just know it will all be worth it, some day. And don't you just love it when your plan comes together?

Yep,totally agree Herman and the pay off is so much sweeter when its borne out of personal aims.
Cheery picking was my life during the nineties and noughties

Great color on both. What's the lineage history on your snow?

Thanks for the reply Reako Bro

Ahh the snow lines, were do I start here my friend ,this all began circa 2000.........damn times flies these days LOL

Ok in short the the mother is an albino I bred myself ,created using applegate snow, my albino hi red line, klumpers hypo and albino purple blotch (barczyk) genetics.

The mother was a selected keeper from hatch because she has the most incredible yellow tones and a nice almost solid yellow head.

The father is very similar pheno wise, but has a slighty different genetic make up having no klumpers hypo genes. He had proven to produce snows from my prior snow producing experiments and was therefore my first choice for this breeding.

The choice of this female was made to try to increase and intensify the yellows on the snow offspring.

The same male bred with another of my girls (now sadly deceased) and produced the one of a kind snow I have that has Zero yellow and in my honest opinion would be classed as blizzard if it were a corn.!!??!!
