I am trying to contact Chris Grunwald to ask him about original collection sites of Central Mexico Milk snakes. In prior contact with Brian Milhorn, Brian stated that Chris is friends with James (Jimmy) Tintle and Doug Mong, and that he is “very knowledgeable” on the topic.

Chris is a field herper - not a collector. He won't be able to give you any data for captive lines that you can't already find. All of the "pure" albinos (and the normal animals that were kept pure) descended from Colima stock.

I’m not finding any specific information about collection dates nor sites. I will continue doing Internet searches to hopefully find some. If you know of any, or know of anyone who does, please reply with a URL link or other citation that I can research.
