A few seasons ago I began to note some real odd looking jani hatch and wanted to keep them back to see the mature colouration.
The most notable was the seeming lack of melanin/dark pigment and hypoish appearance even as hatchlings.

This is the only F that would keep still long enough to get any half decent pics LOL.

Appreciate you taking the time to reply my friend!

I shall reciprocate with some more pics of the hypoish jani.

The same snake in the first post as a youngster and before the reds/oranges began to pop.


Next up this pic clearly indicates what I described in the first post, Re: noting these are indeed different and quite hypo looking even at hatch.

This is the snake that made me sit up and take note of the reducing melanin possibilties a few seasons back
