I'm an aboreal guy and haven't kept up with the legal changes. Quick question- Is it now illegal to sell or give away a burmese and ship them across state lines?

Its not legal to transfer any of the restricted species across statelines except for:
-Education purposes
-Scientific purposes
-Human Medical purposes
-Zoological
These all need special permits, and they are not easy to come by.
Most states have quite a few breeders in them already. You could try looking around in Face Book, or Craigslist, or the classifieds here. Good Luck
