What type of Tree Boa

What type of Tree Boa is this? I get confused with all the different morphs.

Will it retain it's color after growth.

I could be a wrong, but I think it is a garden phase yellow.

It's an Amazon Tree Boa (Corallus hortulanus). It's not one of the genetic morphs, but a nice yellow with pattern. The color will stay the same for the most part *they do go through an ontogenetic color change. My guess is that the yellow will intensify some and you'll probably also see more black.
