Enclosure lighting question

Kitten21 Apr 26, 2014 07:51 PM

Best enclosure for an infant cyclura? I remember reptariums from my green iguana days, but was wondering are there new options in iggy enclosures and lighting?

Links appreciated.

A tank or enclosure 20 Gal or more will be fine for a while till you get to know each other and then a bigger cage is a must. About a year is probably the maximum for get to know each other cage and make sure you have a good diet and correct lighting. I think a little hide is important too.

A little hide?

A little hide box to sleep in, it's more natural for them.
