This 2011 girl just dropped her first clutch of 10 eggs yesterday. She's a red het albino paired to a red albino male - both from Jason Nelson. I didn't pair my yellow het patternless(banana) this year unfortunately. The girl wasn't as thick as I'd like so I'm giving her another season to grow out first.

I've never incubated bull eggs but right now I have the clutch in a tub of vermiculite with a few holes in the lid/sides for a small amount of air exchange. They are just sitting on a shelf in my snake room that ranges from 77 at night to 84 during the day. Should I seek a more steady temperature or does that range sound ok?

I don't handle much other than for transfer/cleaning so it can be a bit of a handful to get pictures of now that they have some size. I'll try to get some updated shots next time I have company but until then, here is the above girl and her mate a year or two back:

Thanks for looking,
John Hannum

To myself, those temp ranges seem fine.

Don't have really much advice for you...incubated eggs only once (wild caught prego Pituophis Catenifer Sayi) and out of the seven eggs she laid- only two hatched! I'm no expert. Just wanted to say that those are some AWESOME looking parents you have and best of luck! (with advice from some of the peeps on this forum, you ought to be just fine!)

That is the temp range mine are at. I have my eggs in a high dollar incubator (the top of the closet with the electric hot water heater in it) since my house stays pretty cool.
