Hello,
Im hoping someone can give me some more information as to a defect/problem that seems to have occurred with one of my four baby ball python h atchlings during incubation. On day 55 I cut the eggs and all seemed well, no noticeable odor they all appeared fine from what I could tell. Today, now day 57 I removed the egg container from the Incubator and found a pungent smell. Upon further inspection one of the eggs was producing the odor. I cut the egg open further and found an almost fully formed baby ball python, dead, in what appears to be a congealed albumin. I have never hearx of this happening and am unsure what happened. It seems as tho it happened in the very late stages of development. Any information any of you experts might have would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Mark
