help identifying this turtle

My sister found this turtle and I am having a hard time identifying it. I am thinking its a box turtle but not really sure any help would be appreciated.

Can you get another pic from a better angle. It looks like a map turtle but hard to tell for sure from that pic,

Looks like a concentric diamond back Terrapin to me.
If found in the wild, probably needs to be on brackish water.
