You know sometimes here in Colorado it snows in the summer but I never seen snow as beautiful as that 😊 . Congrats man those some beautiful animals Al. The colubrid community is lucky to have you! You got some great morphs over there

Cheers Brandon I'm very pleased with those hatchies for sure!

I imagine the snow topped mountains would look very cool against a sunny sky there in Colorado Bro.

You have some pretty nice looking morphs.

Cheers Pat!

There's one guy who I think about each and every year as snakes hatch out and that is Lemke.

I clearly remember how good he was to me as a young overseas keeper and encouraged me a great deal in many ways.

In fact shipping annectens, deppei deppei and deppei jani direct from him in 1997 proved to be the catalyst for me becoming the pituophis only breeder I am today.

Al, your "work" continues to improve. Must be that good living and the English air. Maybe a pint or two as well. Wonderful snakes my old friend. Wonderful, indeed.

Shan SO good to hear from you Bro!

Yep maybe this cold rainy weather I see most of the year helps in some strange way LOL.
Also being just about the only guy in Europe with so many annectens genes helps.

Ohh there's some nice traditional cask brewed ales to be had in my part of the world that's for sure, failing that the good ole black stuff outta Ireland hits the spot

Shanty Jul 18, 2014 09:38 AM

Well, you know, Al, I drop in every few years to see what's "hopping" in the Pit world. I'm always pleased to see that you haven't lost your passion and fire for improving the beautiful Pits you work with. Glad you are doing well.

Hmmm, that "dark stuff from Ireland" might be a good replacement for local brews; at least over there you get the real deal. We have to settle for the export market brew here in the US. Not that I'm complaining. I'll take a pint of that dark stuff any day.

Take care old friend.

Cheers Shan Bro

Its defo nice to see your still checking in from time to time and cool to hear from one of my longest standing U.S buddies

I know that scenario and as the Irish will tell you the black stuff over there tastes the best, cos of the Liffey Water!

All The Best..........AL
