I LIVE IN SOCAL- I HAVE A LARGE RETIC- I NEED TO FLY IT TO TENNESSEE- IS THIS LEGAL UNDER THE LACEY ACT REGULATIONS 2014?

I KNOW THAT THE BURMS AND ANACONDAS ARE OFF LIMITS-I DID FLY WITH MY LARGE BOA LAST YEAR AND THEY SAID IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM- YET

SOOO- FLYING ON DELTA OUT OF JWA IS THIS AN INFRACTION OF THE CURRENT LAW? TO SHIP MY RETIC ON A PET TICKET AS LUGGAGE?
