Jason Nelson is the man!

ELZiggy Aug 14, 2014 11:47 AM

I received my newest addition "Apollo" today. He's an albino whitesided (snow) bull snake produced by Jason Nelson at Envy Reptiles. I can't say enough good things about Jason's great customer service and the quality of the animals he produces. This is my second transaction with him and he's really a first class act. Thanks again Jason. Once I figure out how, I'll post pics

You said it buddy! I have a red het 4 albino female that got last year she was 17" and now is over 5' (I don't power feed). She is one tough girl but happy n healthy. Also a gentle giant that goes with me to educational presentations that we do with a reptile club we are in. But anyway I have a bunch of baby corns right now that I hop to sell in time to get her a red albino boyfriend haha.
I would recommend his animals to anyone who is a bull/gopher fan. The pituophis community is lucky to have Jason for real!

Yes, Jason Nelson produces some awesome animals. I bought a male red het for red albino about a year ago and around September of 2015 bought a female red het for red albino. My female is doing great and eating F/T fuzzies on time every time once a week. My male ate great for a year. I moved him into a larger enclosure and ever since he has slowed down to not feeding at all. Im wondering if he may have some internal parasites. Im not sure because his last stool sample looked normal although i did not bring it to vet. I may try some flagyl powder ( dewormer) in his water bowl but not sure. Has anyone ever had issues with bullsnakes just at random stop feeding after their first year of being great feeders ? If so id like some imput or suggestions on how i may get my male bull to start feeding again. I know vet bills can be expensive but he is definitely worth spending the money on. Ive lost bulls in the past due to similar issues. All my other snakes kept in close proximity to my bulls are doing and feeding great. Im not sure really what to do besides take him to the vet. Lije i said any suggestions or encouragement would be appreciated. Thank you, Paul Trochessett
