nicthebeast Sep 15, 2014 12:15 AM

I have a several baby westerns that will not eat for me I have tried mice pinks, rat,and African softfurs pinks also, will not eat any of them.. I have never dealt with baby rattlesnakes not eating so I'm kinda lost on it. and I don't want to force feed if I don't have to.

Have they done there first shed?

If not and you have the mother, put them back with mom until they shed.

Newborns typically don't feed right away so I wouldn't be too concerned for a few weeks.

If they have shed, offer them larger meals such as fuzzies or hoppers.

I assume they are set-up individually with a hide box and a basking area?
