Proud Day today

herpvenue Jun 21, 2015 09:29 PM

Today is a very proud day. I have always wanted to work with Black Headed Pythons. Not only do I now get the pleasure of working with this Australian species, I got the pleasure of hatching them out as well. This one came out today, Father's day. The rest are still not done incubating. For meritorious hatching on 6/21/15, Father's Day. This one has been awarded the lifetime staying with me award.

Always amazed at those, congrats to you.

How do blackheaded pythons differ from Womas? Do they also inhabit dry environs like Womas, or does their habitat differ? Also, is it true that blackhead pythons are more difficult to reliably produce?

I saw some examples on Youtube (Brian Barczk .. spelling?) that were very large. I had no idea that blackheads could get so big.
