Can anyone help identify this guy? I know its a garter but not 100% sure what kind. He was caught in chicago suburb.

Tham sirtalis. Faded stripe is all. Decent variation in Chicago area. Neck-bar Chicagos garters (semifasciatus), stripeless easterns are not unusual in Chi town
