For PHCA members, you recently got your preferred judges ballot in the mail. As you may have noticed there is no return envelope enclosed. This is an error on the cover letter. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please send your ballots back to me using the address on the envelope the ballot came in. Also, please sign the ballot and date or I cannot count the ballot as valid.
