natural flea preventative

I'm looking to make a natural flea preventative spray, or buy one that contains NO chemicals. Do you know of a good brand, or what I can use to apply to his coat?

Use a combination of cedarwood oil, citronella, rose geranium oil, and lemon balm oil, about one oz in total, in a pint of rubbing alcohol, put in a spray bottle. and give one spritz on the back of the neck and one below the neck, before going outside.
