Kaia was given anti anxiety medication which seemed to make things worse when we tried him on it. He is still on pregablin for pain he has good days and bad days. Yesterday was a real bad day. He was running and running and crying out in pain. We had Kaia at our regular vet today because Kaia has been chewing at his feet. He got medication for that. Now they are thinking of xaniex as needed for his bad days. As for Kona he is doing good. Still his same ol self. Kiko is dealing with allergies now and on prednisone for that. She is also blowing her coat again. Kona is getting his winter coat in already.

Thanks for the update! Artemis has been chewing her foot (well, what I'd think of as a wrist) a lot too. Her fur is discolored from it. Did the vet say why they chew themselves? Artemis' breeder suggested allergies, but it seems to just be a nervous habit. Hmmm.

They think its allergy for Kaia chewing his feet. They saw some yeast build up. We were give a spray to put on his feet twice a day for two weeks then as needed. The spray is called Genta spray.
