i have a tank that is about 14 inches deep with fish that are 3-4 inches long, will this increase their chances of swim bladder disease? they are fed pre soaked food and peas and worms weekly.

no it doesnt. i have seen pics of fancy goldfish in zoos kept in water that's five or six feet deep and they swim around ok. theres lots of reasons why gf get swim bladder problems and if your fish does get it then lowering the water will take the pressure off the swimbladder.
