Pond liner with graphics

goldkoi Feb 27, 2006 11:12 AM

I presently have a Koi pond with a black liner. I covered the bottom and sides with rocks to make it look natural but is a lot of work and maintenance. I plan to do a once a year complete clean-up and I am looking for a liner or plastic to go over the liner that would have graphics showing rocks, sand, etc. so I don't have to put rocks inside the pond any longer. Anyone have seen such a product? If not maybe a light blue liner (instead of black).

ok, first thing in a year from now you will have algee growing all over your liner and you will never see it anyway. To anwer your ? about rocks inside some are ok but i dont recomend alot because it gives detritus and parisights a place to live. So if you want to keep a healthy and happy pond then the fewer the better. plus If you ever have to treat for sickness it is alot easier to do when filling your pond use a gallons meter so you can treat your fish. they will get sick. plus you will go through new pond synd.
